Aurea is one of the newest members of our Aaria Dental team, and she’ll be your main contact for any questions about insurance or financial matters. With her vast experience in medical billing and her skill in managing patient accounts, she’s a great addition to our team.
As our Insurance Coordinator, Aurea has over 12 years of experience in the dental industry. Her solid background in finance and insurance makes her an important part of our daily operations. She has a degree in medical billing and coding, which helps her handle the financial sides of patient care accurately and efficiently. Her careful attention to detail ensures that claims are processed correctly, payments come in on time, and any financial questions are answered clearly and professionally.
Aurea is expert at working with complicated insurance plans to help patients get the most out of their benefits while following all necessary guidelines. She simplifies complex billing issues, which boosts confidence in our practice and helps patients manage their financial responsibilities. Her hard work behind the scenes is vital for keeping our clinic running smoothly, so our dental team can focus on providing great care.

Assistant Clinical Operations Manager
Aayush has been a significant member of Aaria Dental for over a year. He possesses considerable experience in scheduling appointments and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. His comprehensive understanding of the scheduling system enables him to assist with all appointment-related inquiries. In his capacity as the assistant to the Clinical Operations Manager, Aayush leads key projects aimed at enhancing clinic operations and improving the patient experience. He is entrusted with overseeing the front desk, ensuring that patients enjoy a seamless visit, as well as providing clinical laboratory support by utilizing the 3Shape TRIOS 5 wireless intraoral scanner to create digital design previews of oral scans. He is particularly enthusiastic about the new ScanAssist engine, which enhances the accuracy of imaging ensuring that we consistently deliver excellence.
Aayush completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at San Francisco State University in 2023 and is currently leveraging his expertise as an Operations Manager within the healthcare sector, specifically concentrating on patient care. Aayush is dedicated to upholding rigorous standards in patient care, ensuring cleanliness within the clinic, and optimizing overall operational efficiency, all of which are essential for the successful performance of Aaria Dental.
Furthermore, Aayush is actively pursuing his aspiration of becoming a dentist through ongoing education, underscoring his profound commitment to the dental profession. Outside of the clinic, he participates in a volleyball club on weekends and is a passionate food enthusiast who relishes exploring new culinary experiences and sharing his love of gastronomy. His diverse interests and steadfast dedication make him a valued member of the Aaria Dental team.
