Wearing Your Clear Aligners
Once your custom trays are delivered to our San Ramon office, you will return for an initial fitting. To reach your aesthetic goals on schedule, you should wear your aligners for a minimum of 22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, drink anything besides water & complete your hygiene routine. Every few weeks, you will progress to a new set of trays that will continue shifting your teeth toward their final destination.
