Meena Singh
Director of Clinical Operations

Meena Singh serves as the Director of Clinical Operations, responsible for overseeing the daily functions & strategic development of the clinic to ensure its efficient & effective operation. With a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care, Meena ensures that services are delivered safely & professionally by qualified clinicians & staff. Her responsibilities include providing clinical & personnel supervision & fostering a culture of excellence within the clinic.

Raised in India, Meena earned her Bachelor of Science in Botany with Honors from the University of Delhi. Her passion for healthcare motivated her to pursue further education at the University of North Carolina, School of Dentistry, Chapel Hill, where she graduated with Honors in 2007. This renowned institution, recognized as one of the nation’s top dental schools, provided Meena with a robust foundation in dental healthcare.

With over 17 years of experience in the field, Meena brings extensive expertise to her role. Her skills encompass comprehensive oral care, including soft tissue management & periodontal therapy. She is known for her collaborative approach to diagnosing oral health issues, working closely with colleagues to develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Meena’s proficiency in administering local anesthesia ensures patient comfort, particularly for individuals with anxiety or complex medical histories.

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Meena completed the Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice program at the University of the Pacific. This combination of studies has equipped her with a profound understanding of the link between oral health & overall health, enabling her to approach dental practice from both clinical & administrative perspectives. Meena advocates for a model of care that encourages providers to develop comprehensive care plans for the whole person, emphasizing the interconnectedness of oral health & systemic disease, as well as the importance of dental-medical integration.

Dedicated to delivering gentle, compassionate care to patients of all ages, Meena emphasizes education & the establishment of lasting relationships with her patients. She is committed to an inclusive approach that respects the diverse needs of her patients, empowering them to take control of their oral health. Meena remains at the forefront of dental healthcare by regularly attending continuing education courses, ensuring her patients benefit from the latest techniques & advancements in the field.

Outside of her professional commitments, Meena enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling with family & friends, & staying active along the Iron Horse Trail. Her dedication to both her professional & personal life demonstrates her commitment to providing exceptional care while maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle.

Aayush
Assistant Clinical Operations Manager

Aayush has been a significant member of Aaria Dental Group for over a year. He possesses considerable experience in scheduling appointments & plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. His comprehensive understanding of the scheduling system enables him to assist with all appointment-related inquiries. In his capacity as the assistant to the Clinical Operations Manager, Aayush leads key projects aimed at enhancing clinic operations & improving the patient experience. He is entrusted with overseeing the front desk, ensuring that patients enjoy a seamless visit, as well as providing clinical laboratory support by utilizing the 3Shape TRIOS 5 wireless intraoral scanner to create digital design previews of oral scans. He is particularly enthusiastic about the new ScanAssist engine, which enhances the accuracy of imaging ensuring that we consistently deliver excellence.

Aayush completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at San Francisco State University in 2023 & is currently leveraging his expertise as an Operations Manager within the healthcare sector, specifically concentrating on patient care. Aayush is dedicated to upholding rigorous standards in patient care, ensuring cleanliness within the clinic, & optimizing overall operational efficiency, all of which are essential for the successful performance of Aaria Dental Group.

Furthermore, Aayush is actively pursuing his aspiration of becoming a dentist through ongoing education, underscoring his profound commitment to the dental profession. Outside of the clinic, he participates in a volleyball club on weekends & is a passionate food enthusiast who relishes exploring new culinary experiences & sharing his love of gastronomy. His diverse interests & steadfast dedication make him a valued member of the Aaria Dental Group team.
