Prabhmehar Singh, DDS
Dr. Singh is a dedicated dentist who combines academic excellence with a commitment to a person-centered care model. Graduating summa cum laude honors from UC Berkeley in 2019, Dr. Singh went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from UCLA in 2024, where he was recognized for his outstanding clinical skills & compassionate approach to patient care.
His passion lies in delivering personalized, high-quality dental care, with a focus on building lasting relationships with his patients. He believes that a great patient experience is as crucial as the technical aspects of dentistry, & he strives to make every visit comfortable & stress-free. His expertise spans a wide range of dental procedures, with a deep interest in veneers, clear aligners, & other cosmetic dentistry treatments that enhance both the function & aesthetics of his patients’ smiles.

Periodontists
Hoorshad Fathi Kelly PhD, DDS, MSc
Dr. Fathi-Kelly is a board-certified Periodontist specializing in treatment of periodontal diseases & dental implants. She received both her doctorate of dental surgery & postgraduate training in periodontics at the University of California, San Francisco. While at UCSF, she also received a master’s degree in oral & craniofacial sciences with research focused on new treatments for peri-implant disease. In dental school, she researched new minimally invasive treatment of deep cavities. Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr. Kelly received her PhD in Material Science & Engineering, becoming knowledgeable about biomaterials applications & inspiring her career path. Her treatment philosophy is to tailor treatments to individual needs & to focus on quality results over time.
Dr. Kelly lives in the San Ramon Valley with her husband & two children. She enjoys spending quality time with family & friends. She also enjoys hands-on activities like crafting & gardening & striving to live a healthy lifestyle.
Orthodontists
Richard D’Avanzo, DMD
Dr. D’Avanzo is a Board-Certified Orthodontist. He graduated from Albright College with a degree in biology & then obtained his DMD degree from Fairleigh Dickinson School of Dental Medicine. He also obtained his Master of Science degree in oral biology from Temple University School of Dentistry with a specialty in orthodontics.
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons
Shun Chien, DDS
Dr. Shun Chien has dedicated his career to advanced training in implants & oral surgery. A graduate of NYU College of Dentistry, he completed a General Practice Residency at NYU Langone Brooklyn Hospital, focusing on complex medical & trauma cases. Furthering his expertise, Dr. Chien pursued additional post-graduate training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Since relocating to the Bay Area, Dr. Chien has taken great pleasure in assisting his patients with painless teeth extractions, expert removal of wisdom teeth impactions, & restoring smiles with dental implants to enhance function & confidence. Recognizing that some patients may experience anxiety about dental procedures, Dr. Chien offers various sedation options to ensure their comfort & peace of mind.
He values collaboration with his dental colleagues to deliver the highest quality care to all patients. Dr. Chien is currently working towards achieving diplomate status with the American Board of Implantology, demonstrating his commitment to ongoing education & excellence in his practice.
Eric Osmolinski, DMD
Dr. Eric Osmolinski received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2005. He then continued to participate in Oral & Maxillofacial Internship/Externship Programs at university-associated hospitals in Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Delaware & Florida. In 2010, Dr. Osmolinski graduated with honors from his specialty training at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester, New York.
Dr. Osmolinski is a motivated Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with extensive practical experience & has chosen to focus providing his services in Northern California only. He provides wide array of surgical service including sedation & general anesthesia, simple & complex extractions, placement of single & multiple dental implants, socket preservation, soft & hard tissue grafting procedures, diagnosis & biopsy of potential precancerous lesions, surgical management of facial trauma & life-threatening infections, orthognathic (Jaw) surgery on patients in active orthodontic treatment & treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD).
Catherine Suh, DMD
Dr. Catherine Suh is dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized dental care grounded in honesty & compassion, with a special focus on pediatric dentistry. With over 15 years of experience treating both children & adults, she is particularly passionate about caring for young patients & helping them build positive dental experiences from an early age. Patients & parents value her gentle manner & calm patience, which help children & adults alike feel comfortable & at ease during every visit.
After high school, Dr. Suh fell in love with Boston, where she lived for more than a decade. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College & earned her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Following a one-year research fellowship at The Forsyth Institute, she moved to San Francisco with her husband & has practiced there ever since.
Deeply committed to preventive care & public health education, Dr. Suh also served as Associate Dental Director at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Bay Area. In this role, she supported a team of dedicated dental providers, improved patient access to care & upheld high clinical standards through quality control measures & thoughtful protocols that enhanced outcomes for every patient.
Outside the office, Dr. Suh enjoys practicing pilates & hiking with her family & two dogs.
